Holiday Expo Recipe Bazaar!!

This is a post of a "repost" that I had done for Thanksgiving.  These are equally as great at Christmas, so I wanted this to be included in the recipe bazaar for sure.  As a matter of fact, we just polished off a pan of these last weekend!  Enjoy!

HOT HAM & SWISS POPPYSEED SANDWICHES
1 package of dinner rolls (comes in a rectangular tin--don't throw the tin away....you'll need it for the recipe)

Shaved honey ham or thin sliced deli ham (1/2 pound per tray of sandwiches)
Sliced Swiss Cheese (6 overlapping slices per tray of sandwiches)

Sauce:
1 stick (salted or unsalted) butter (no margarine...use the real thing)
2 tsp good Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp Poppy seeds
l l/2 tsp onion flakes (dried minced) or 1 Tbsp of fresh grated onion (GRATED IS THE BEST)
1/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Melt all ingredients for sauce in a sauce pan until mixed well. Before baking, hand cut dinner rolls and put on ham and cheese. Put tops on sandwiches. Pour sauce on sandwiches cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. (or can be done early in the morning for later in the evening.) Remove plastic wrap before baking. Bake at 300-325 degrees depending on intensity of oven for l0 minutes or until cheese is melted***Be careful they burn EASILY!!!
