F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S Report!

Well, here we are again folks.....and I'm here with some GREAT news from the Bartlett family! Rob went to Dr. Bose yesterday and had his first post-op visit/check up for his hip. Not only did they take the staples out (all 36!), but they gave him and EXCELLENT report! They were blown away with how well he was walking and how well he was feeling! The Orthopaedic Group is a very large office. I kept asking Rob if he wanted a wheelchair, since it might be a pretty good walk to the back of the practice. He insisted that he wanted to walk....and he did. When Justin, Dr. Bose's PA came out to get Robert (Physician Assistant--almost like the doctor, but can't sign prescriptions), he was astounded at how great Rob looked. I think he was in a state of amazement as he walked us to the back. He and Dr. Bose both met with us and went over everything. Rob will start Outpatient PT next week at ProHealth for a while. Dr. Bose said that he could even start getting away from the walker and go to a cane for a while, which is what they will work with him on at ProHealth. At any rate, they were just amazed. All is an answer to prayer and is just a gift from the Lord. We are so pleased with the results of what we thought was going to be a hideous experience. The Lord was so merciful to Rob and to me. We thank God for gifting Dr. Bose in a way that he could help Rob at such a desperate time.

I know I sound like a broken record, but thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for the prayers and support that everyone has given us through this ordeal. It all means more than anyone will ever know.
